Sequins vs Tulle

My brother Nathaniel threw a sequin dance party in his apartment, and halfway through he brought out a long strip of tulle netting, and the roomful of dancing people turned into a chaotic fabricked sweat cocoon. We are future butterflies.

After thirteen years living in Maine, I finally have a pair of Bean boots. Makes me feel legit. Also, moss is my favorite.

The Magic Carpet

My friend Yasir clearly enjoying the lift of the "Magic Carpet" up the bunny slope. He learned how to ski for the first time that day and was using the chairlift within an hour, definitely a natural.

I am watching every film Woody Allen directed, in chronological order. This image comes from The Purple Rose of Cairo, which I watched projected onto a white sheet in my apartment. I like that Jeff Daniels' character is expressing a grievance that is shared alike by deities, parents, artists, and unsanitary cooks.
